🎸 1. You’re Choosing to Rock

By signing up, purchasing, clicking buttons, or doing anything that resembles commitment, you acknowledge you’re voluntarily stepping into a coaching experience that’s designed to challenge you, shake you, push you, and level you up. No one is forcing you. You’re here because you want to turn the volume up on your life.

🤘 2. Results Require Guitar-Smashing Effort

I’ll give you tools, strategies, energy, mindset, and guidance — but you control your work ethic. I can’t guarantee results, income, fame, enlightenment, abs, or sudden enlightenment while listening to Metallica. You take responsibility for your own achievements (or lack thereof).

🔥 3. No Refunds After You Plug In

Once you’re in, you’re in. This isn’t an “order a burger and send it back because you suddenly don’t like burgers anymore” situation. Coaching requires commitment, and refunds kill momentum. So, no refunds after purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

💥 4. This Is Not Therapy (But It Might Feel Therapeutic)

I’m a coach — not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, wizard, or certified miracle worker. I offer support, strategy, tips, my process, my network, what I did to make it happen, mindset work, and empowerment, but I do not diagnose or treat mental or physical health conditions. You agree to handle your own wellbeing like the responsible renegade you are.

⚡ 5. You Own Your Choices

Everything you implement from my coaching is up to you. You agree that I’m not liable for decisions you make, opportunities you chase, relationships you end, businesses you start, businesses you burn down, or tattoos you suddenly feel inspired to get.

🎤 6. Don’t Be Weird With My Stuff

All materials — videos, PDFs, frameworks, prompts, audio, etc. — are for your personal use only. Don’t steal them, resell them, publish them, or pretend you wrote them backstage with Lemmy. That’s not rock ’n’ roll… that’s just shady.

🚀 7. Tech Happens

Sometimes websites glitch, links break, apps crash, or the internet decides to nap. I’ll fix issues as fast as humanly possible, but I can’t guarantee perfect tech harmony at all times. You agree not to set anything on fire because of it.

🤝 8. Respect the Band

This is a high-vibe space. No harassment, bullying, trolling, hate, or general douchebaggery. Break this rule and you’re out — no encore.

🧨 9. Legal Stuff (Because Apparently We Need This Part)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless me, my business, my brand, and anyone who helps keep this rock circus running from any claims, damages, or losses related to your participation. Basically: you’re responsible for your own life, choices, and outcomes.

🏁 10. By Entering, You Agree to These T&C

​Like a backstage pass, entering this coaching world means you’ve read, understood, and accepted all of this. If you don’t agree, simply don’t proceed. No hard feelings — we’re still cool.
